If you are uncertain about a Product's specifications, compatibility, or intended use, please contact Crio Solar before placing your Order.
6. Product Suitability
Customers are responsible for considering whether a Product is appropriate for their particular requirements where suitability depends on circumstances specific to the customer.
This is especially important for solar panels, batteries, inverters, electrical equipment, backup power systems, and other technical products.
Products requiring electrical installation, configuration, structural work, or specialist installation should be installed by a suitably qualified professional.
Crio Solar does not guarantee that every Product will be appropriate for every electrical installation, environment, load requirement, configuration, or application.
Any general product information or guidance provided by Crio Solar should not be treated as a replacement for professional electrical, engineering, or technical advice where such advice is required.
Nothing in this section limits any consumer rights relating to defective or incorrectly described Products.
7. Product Availability
Products displayed on the Website are subject to availability.
Displaying a Product online does not guarantee that it will remain available until an Order has been accepted and confirmed.
If a Product becomes unavailable after an Order has been submitted, we will make reasonable efforts to notify the Customer.
Where we cannot fulfil an Order because the Product is unavailable, the applicable remedy will be provided, including a refund where required.
8. Product Prices
Unless otherwise stated, prices on the Website are shown in South African Rand (ZAR).
Prices will include applicable taxes where required by law.
The price applicable to an Order will generally be the price displayed when the Customer completes the purchase, subject to obvious pricing errors and applicable legal requirements.
Where shipping charges apply, these will be shown separately before the purchase is completed.
Crio Solar may change Product prices from time to time. Changes to pricing will not normally affect an Order that has already been validly accepted, except where permitted or required by law.
9. Incorrect Pricing
We take reasonable steps to ensure that Product prices and information are accurate.
If a Product has been displayed at an obviously incorrect price due to a typographical, technical, system, or other error, we may contact the Customer to clarify the situation.
Where permitted by law, Crio Solar may cancel an Order affected by an obvious pricing error and refund any payment already received.
We will not deliberately use an obvious pricing error to unfairly disadvantage a Customer.

Unless stated otherwise:
-
Promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash;
-
Promotional codes may be subject to usage limitations;

Offers may apply only to selected Products;
-
Promotions may have specific start and end dates;
-
